Gold for Glenbervie!

Eco Group receives Fourth Green Flag!

The staff, pupils and parents were delighted to receive the news that they had successfully retained their Green Flag status for the fourth time. It was made particularly special because the pupils and community had pulled together to rebuild the School garden after it was severely damaged by Storm Frank. Glenbervie Get Gold!!

Glenbervie has achieved Gold Sports Award Status. They are one of the first schools to achieve this within Aberdeenshire and are looking forward to the presentation from Sports Scotland. Glenbervie gain Unicef’s RRS level 1 Award

After much hard work and a very successful assessment day the staff and pupils of Glenbervie have received their Level 1 RRS Award.The RRS group now plan to continue with this and look at the next steps to Level 2.


Grand Opening of Harvey Garden

Glenbervie receives RRS Recognition of Commitment

 Pupils and staff have been working hard on Unicef’s Rights Respecting Schools Award which is used to embed children’s rights into the ethos and culture of the school. In November the school received their Recognition of Commitment which recognises that Glenbervie is putting the UN Convention on the Rights of the child at the heart of our practice.
